  When my mother-in-law need to downsize and move to an assisted living apartment Jane House was our Knight in Shining Armor. She was so kind and patient with Susan and made her feel comfortable with the whole stressful process. She helped her cull out what she didn't need, she packed, moved, arranged furniture in the new apartment, and even hung the pictures! Jane was so organized and efficient. She showed care and empathy for Susan and worked with the whole family to make a stressful situation so much easier. We could not have done it without her.

  Working with About Seniors Moving was a life saver for me. The recent move for my mom could not have been easier! From first meeting to paying the final bill the process was reliable, professional and personal. Jane met with me and my mom and gently prodded my mom into understanding that the move would be simple and smooth for her. Despite my mom backing out and then changing her mind again and again, Jane and Brad and the rest of the team remained calm and constant through the whole process. About Seniors Moving really did pack everything with speed and efficiency and the moving team was amazing! The best part was their ability to stay calm in the face of family dynamics and tempers being short. Is anything harder than a move? I have dreaded downsizing my mom for over 2 years. Finding the perfect spot and getting her settled was a very long process but I have such a sense of relief having the worst behind me! I hope I never need to move my mom again but the first call would be to About Seniors Moving! This was an amazing experience and I'm so thankful for their support and hard work.
