These guys are great. I had them replace an engine in my Chrysler. It’s been six months an not even a hiccup. It was done when they said and was reasonably priced. I decided to take in my 1970 VW bug to get it running properly again. They definitely have my business from now on. Thanks for the amazing service.
I truly appreciated the way they didn't make me feel rushed when making decisions on my car repairs. That's always a big plus! I also like the way my family and friends, that I've recommended to them, have been treated. We've ALL been most pleased!
I went to Thomas with my Volvo and he was quite experienced with the ins and outs of my vehicle. He had know problem telling me what was wrong with my vehicle and what needed to be fixed. I've taken my Volvo to other places and I never felt as comfortable as I did here. The whole experience of the entire staff there is exceptional. Definitely recommend any Volvo owner go there first.
Car works great! Phone conversation was fine no complaints. Dropping off the car a little anxiety inducing. I understand how most mechanics shops are no customer service at all and I'm not saying that's what I received but I was not welcomed with open arms either. Kind of feels like your walking into a principal's office with 4 other faculty members staring at you. Simple Hi welcome how can I help you goes way further than you'd imagine. Thank you!
