Sam is wonderful! I had an oxygen concentrator issue and he brought me a brand new one. Then....he went above and beyond and troubleshooted why my oxygen wasn’t working...and found the problem was with the cannula. I’m so happy and pleased with his knowledge and help. Thank you Sam! I wish you could be my permanent HME Field Service Technician!

I know I can't speak for the people who had a negative experience, but I have to say mine was quite the opposite. After a very drawn-out and difficult process with trying to get the equipment from another provider, my doctor finally reached out to HME. What took 6 weeks with the other company took about three days to get ironed out with HME. They called me and offered to set me up as soon as the next day. I was thrilled to find that a company in this entire process had such immediate availability. Today I came in and Lisa set me up with my equipment. She walked me through the process of using it, servicing it, and what to expect. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. HME also worked seamlessly with my insurance to make sure everything was covered properly.

In this many months process of getting my medical needs fulfilled, HME was the single most positive experience in all of this. I look forward to continuing to work with them in my medical treatment!
