  I took my 2004 Nissan Xterra to Car Crafters because of a car accident. Bruce S. was very personable and provided outstanding customer service. He kept me informed by phone and text every step of the way during my car estimate and repair. Even though I wasn’t paying because it was an insurance claim the prices they charged for parts and labor were very reasonable. Enterprise car rental is in their facility which made it very easy to pick up and drop off my rental. The whole experience was excellent and they even washed my car !

  I’ve been in twice to get my car fixed. Both times Bruce worked with me through repairs. Both times he did a great job keeping me informed and taken care of. Hire more people like Bruce!

  Went in for an estimate, received a very detailed one with a short wait time. And it was free! Comfy and immaculate waiting area with complementary snacks, coffee, water and soda available.

  My 2 week old Jeep was in a fender bender and I dropped it off on a Monday & had it back looking brand new on Friday. They were fast & efficient. My car definitely didn’t get a vacuum like it said it did but that’s not what I went in for or expected to be done anyways so it’s not the end of the world. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for fast & good body/mechanical work.

  Took in for two passenger windows replace and fix scratches/paint passenger door due to vandalism. Thanks Bobby and Chris. Excellent work. Although, your guys did miss on replacing one button fastener from the door rubber seal.
