Wilson was amazing. we went in & she helped us tremendously! we got a great deal! my husband and i were intrigued from the very moment we walked in! she was very knowledgeable & she was very personable & pleasant to talk to!!

Very customer oriented. Ryan was able to offer help with questions that both my husband and I asked him. If he was unsure , he looked for information on the internet, or packaging information on products. I wanted a quick charger but needed to pick one that my case with gold on it would charge the phone. One product would and another product would not. Ryan was also able to answer questions regarding setup of my phone. My husband had a screen protector put on an older model of I phone . She was the only female employee and did an outstanding job. We are so please that we will return again to the Russell Verizon store.

Best experience at a cell phone store EVER! Tony was awesome and helped me get the perfect phone for me. He also helped me get all of the promotional deals or whatever so I got a bunch of accessories. He spent the extra time with me even after his shift ended so that I got everything I wanted. He is the best and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Will stay a Verizon customer for sure now. Highly recommend!

The above 5 star rating is about the employee at the 3510 Coors Blvd SW Suite F location, Ryan. I don't know much else about the store or its particular product line.

Ryan was very helpful to me today. He went above and beyond what was initially required of him, listening to my story and making calls to see how far he could assist me. The result was complete satisfaction with the issues I needed assistance with.

This Verizon Authorized dealer is lucky to have him on board. He was polite, professional, and as I said, he didn't just spout off policy. He listened first, then took appropriate action.

My husband and I had great experience starting lines for ourselves and our kids. Ryan helped us out today and he and the rest of the staff were awesome and very helpful. I know it’s tough times to be out working right now and I appreciate how they all handled customers efficiently and safely. They certainly aided us in getting the promotions we originally set out to receive as well as patiently walked us through the tech on the new devices, getting the warranties, our trade-ins, and the billing. I’d heard that it’s better to go to one of the few Verizon stores in town (who are low on apts) because they can offer a lot of deals, but I’m glad we checked out our local store near us because our customer care was fantastic as well as the quality of service we received. We will be life-long customers!
