  Fast and courteous service. I ordered my tires through Amazon and had them installed at this Pep Boys on Juan Tabo. I could not be happier with the service provided.

  This shop is AMAZING!! TULLEY & JOSIAH are AWESOME!! I just want to say the customer service at this shop is bar none the best I have ever had! I was in town helping my son get packed up (he is active duty military) I'm from out of state and drove in for the weekend. As I was leaving Sunday morning I blew a tire, my options were Discount Tire (closed Sundays) , Firestone ( I would rather walk the 700 miles than give them one penny) and Pep Boys. Given the options I limped my car to the Pep Boys location on Juan Tabo Blvd. When I got there, I spoke to Tulley and even though they were light staffed and very busy. I was told that they could get me in around 4 pm. Mind you it's 11:30. I thought about Firestone, I had a 10 hour drive and needed to get back for work. I'm a lady of a certain age and Tulley upon hearing I would be driving alone for 10 hours asked me to wait for a minute. He went back to talk to his mechanic Josiah came back and said they could try and get me in about 2 pm. That made me happy, however, because I was going to be waiting he said they would try and get it done sooner. Imagine my surprise when 10 minutes later my car was being driven in and put on the lift. It took about an hour and I was on my way again. THESE GUYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!! THANK YOU TULLEY & JOSIAH !!!!!! I can't tell you enough how FANTASTIC these guys and this shop is!!!!

  Had to do a inspection on my new car to start driving for Lyft and they was very nice and customer friendly to me. I had no issues with them and will stop by and spend money at this location
