  Had a 70 inch Vizio go out on me and I planned on going somewhere else to get it repaired,after finding out my first option was not available I stumbled on Hugo's Tv repair on Google.... everything happens for a reason,Hugo was VERY professional and straight to the point....I paid him in two installments and the entire process took two weeks. I strongly suggest this place for flat screen repair...thanks again Hugo's repair shop

  Contacted Hugo in regards to a TV repair. I appreciated he's honesty. He told me that it would be to expensive to repair my broken TV. He said that I'd be better of buying a new one, then suggested that he sold repaired TV's. Many o them come with a limited warranty. Never got to use his services. Wish I could've but good to know he's looking out for his customers. He seemed reasonably priced though. I've talked with him several times before. He told me he charges a $50 diagnostic fee. If you have him repair your TV though he takes the $50 diagnostic fee and applies it to your final bill. That seemed real fair. Seems like he has good business practices.

  Called about my broken washing machine and they came out the same day to fix it, had to get the parts but had it fixed the very next day. wonderful service

  Jerry was the tech sent to fix my washing machine. He was extremely knowledgeable and punctual. He found the issue and fixed it on a Saturday which no other company I found was willing to do . Hugo's is top notch.

  I was referred to Hugo's from my warranty policy. Fortunately they were able to schedule a service appointment for the same day. Jerry from Hugo's TV and appliance repair arrived on time. He was very experienced was familiar with our Viking range. He knew what the problem was right away and fixed it. I would definitely use this company again.
