We live hours from Albuquerque, so when my family drives in to make any sort of major purchase, we're often apprehensive about what could go wrong, or whether we'll have made the trip for nothing, The experience can be stressful. Alexander at 88 Keys Piano Warehouse showed up a half hour before my family's scheduled appointment. He was knowledgeable, friendly, encouraging, and complimentary of my kids' playing. The piano we had come to see was absolutely as-advertised, and had been beautifully maintained. Never once did Alexander make any objection to our thorough inspection, or pressure us to consider a more expensive instrument.
