I needed a tooth pulled and had waited a WEEK for my other dentist to "fit me in" to pull it.(among other irritating things from the OTHER dentist)
My pain was excruciating. Dr. Tom's office was able to get me in the very next morning of my phone call.
I have a fear of dentists, as most of us do probably! It told him all about it and he said he totally understood and was SUPER SUPER SUPER kind and gentle to me. He pulled my tooth painlessly. Woo Hoo! He even called me that evening to check on me to make sure I was doing ok. And I am. Totally. The slight discomfort that I might feel today is NOTHING compared to the pain I was feeling for the last week.
His staff is equally sweet and kind. I will never forget how they treated me.
This man is definitely doing the right thing for a living.

(March 4, 2020, 3:47 am)Dr. Tom Heflin is the only dentist, I know, whose precision dental skills have evolved into artistic craftsmanship. As seen in my x-rays.
Dental technicians Tonya and Allie do first rate work, especially with the finish work on temporary caps.
The front office is run by Val. She prioritized my dental work and then set a schedule to complete this work.
The health of your teeth is critical. I recommend Dr. Tom Heflin to be your dentist. -

(October 9, 2019, 9:28 pm)Dr. Heflin’s dentistry office is professional and helpful. I am mostly impressed with how friendly and understanding the staff is. I have a 2 year old who loves going to see the dentist - thanks to how patient and great the staff is. Dr. Heflin is always courteous. It’s great to feel the office genuinely cares about patients.

(March 9, 2018, 4:30 pm)Highly recommend Dr Tom and his staff. The atmosphere is friendly and engaging from the modern, clean & bright facilities to the pleasant greetings I get on every visit. Gloria is the same hygienist I've had since the beginning and she's the best! Procedures are performed with a minimum of discomfort. Great care is shown when monitoring my pain threshold. Overall I feel comfortable and confident with the dental care I receive from Dr Tom and his staff, they are professionals!

(September 14, 2017, 8:33 am)We have been going to Dr. Tom for over a year now. My husband just had a crown done and he did great. Dr. Tom and Tonya are great. Janelle and Gloria clean our teeth and they are the best. They have a great staff. I recommend Dr. Tom to all my friends and family.
