  Gina is the best of the best. Super sweet and will point out everything she finds is wrong with a house or has been repaired or that should be. She treats you like family and makes sure you get the best home and deal for your budget. I was looking at houses a couple years ago and looked with Gina. I wasn’t ready for a purchase but now I was. Gina was the first person who came to thought when purchasing my new home. I will recommend Gina to everyone who is looking to buy and Caldwell banker legacy for their home buying needs.   Michael Dunn was my realtor and was extremely knowledgeable, qualified, and incredibly helpful!! I'm a new homebuyer and was pretty intimidated by the whole process. However, Mike was so helpful and responsive. I never felt like I was missing out on anything; I always felt like I was in good hands and getting the best possible deal I could get. It was more like working with a friend who always has your back! I truly appreciate all the work he did for me. If I'm ever in the position to buy or sell again I absolutely won't use anyone else. I highly recommend Mike to anyone who's in need of a realtor!

  Liz Moya treated us like family. We were buying a home with Liz and selling one at the same time in another state. Buying and selling a home is stressful and the only good thing about it was Liz. Liz was professional, on time, quick to answer calls or texts and became a friend in the process. She gave us honest feedback and really made us feel like she had our best interest at heart. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in New Mexico. She is an absolute pleasure to work with.

  My experience with Coldwell Banker Legacy was wonderful. I was in San Diego, CA looking to move to New Mexico. Liz Montoya handled my unique situation with a positive attitude. Since this was my first time buying a house, her professionalism made me trust in her. House hunting and buying a house is stressful when you are not in the same location. I am grateful for Liz, she was checking on me, while I was on route with my 3 dogs from CA to NM. It was a nice surprise when she took time out in her busy schedule to be at the closing of Escrow with me.

  Sharon is the best real estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. And I’ve bought and sold 5 homes. She listens, she asks the right questions, and she provides all the right info at the right time.
  We were having a hard time contacting the sellers of the property we wanted and Sharon managed to do it and make it look easy. Although this was an easy sale/purchase, she didn’t take anything for granted. She did her homework and showed us comps just like she did when we were buying our house(which, by the way, was actually the very first house she showed us, because she got to know us and really understood what we were looking for) and provided us with literally everything we needed to feel confident in our decision.
  If I ever need a real estate agent again, I’m only making one call. To her and no one else.
