  My serpentine belt broke heading out of St Helens back to Portland. I called Drakes Towing to see if I could get a tow so I could get my car out of the street and to a safe place to get fixed. He was the only one availible at the moment so he said he couldn't tow me to Portland and refered me to another tow yard. I made some calls and found an auto shop nearby that had a replacement belt availible and tried to replace ot myself in the street. He showed up just to check if I was still stranded even though I didn't pay for his tow service and helped me get my car up and running again so I could pick up my son and refused to take payment asking me to pay it forward when I could. Great guy, I am extreemly appreciative to everyone that helped me during this.

  Owner was the nicest most polite tow truck driver I've ever met. He's there to support the customer. Loved the experience
