  After making my first payment on my brand new Buick Encore the hood was severely damaged and needed to be replaced. I was referred to Crown Coachworks (on Greene Ave) by the Buick dealer. Tyler was friendly and knowledgeable and the estimate didn't take but half an hour. The estimate I was given was the highest of the three I got, (not by that much) but Tyler made sure to include everything that I *might* need to replace the hood with the understanding that my final price most likely would be less - as I was self paying. I decided to go with them due to the Buick dealer referral and I just felt they would do the best job. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and as promised it was ready by 5pm on Thursday. They did a great job of matching the paint, even fixing a very small bend on the fender and touched up the paint on it for free. My final amount due was indeed lower as expected and well in line with the other estimates. There was an emissions sticker that goes on the underside off the hood that didn't come in by Thursday, so when it came in a few days later Tyler was nice enough to drop in the mail so I didn't have to make another trip out to them. My car looks brand new again and was nice and clean when I picked it up. Would recommend.
