Dr. Seat is a LIFESAVER! I have had Hasimotos Thyroiditis since I was 22. Gastrointestinal issues, eczema, fatigue, poorly formed and off-color stools, foul smelling flatulence, and weight gain inspite of eating relatively well (I am
human after all) just to name a few of the symptoms I have lived with for YEARS!!

She has turned my life around! I have lost 15 pounds I am 5’2” and down from 154 pounds…I have energy and best of all my labwork is finally in ranges that Dr. Seat is happy with!

It has take about 18 months of consistency. And, a reasonable and fair financial commitment on my part for my health. But, it’s a commitment to my future self, so I can enjoy the traveling I will do once I retire. Dr. Seat is also great at finding affordable solutions for each person’s situation as well.

Not only has Dr. Seat helped me, but she helped a good friend who was having terrible stomach pains when she ate red meat. She can now enjoy a good burger if and when she wants without any pain.

I have worked with other integrative physicians in other states where I have lived, and Dr. Seat is a New Mexico treasure. We are lucky to have her here. She is committed to helping each of her patients get well. She does her homework, and she is very sweet; and especially being a woman it is great to feel comfortable speaking to her about personal health concerns.
