Charlotte was very effective in getting our house sold while we were settling in out of state. She took care of all the little details on the ground that we could not take care of, and she was very honest and up front about the local market and the selling strategies for our home.

Charlotte is the best realtor. She was very patient with us especially there at the end when things got a little stressful and took time to explain things we didn’t understand since we were first time homebuyers. It was a little crazy since we were looking in a sellers market and it took 4 try’s before we finally got a house but she made sure she found us one! My husband and I will definitely go to Charlotte if we ever in the future want to sell/buy another home! ☺️
