    Sandi worked with my wife and I for over four years trying to find the right home. During that time we found two we liked, but our other home out of state had not sold so we were unable to make an offer. Finally this year we sold our home and then with Sandi's help and a lot of looking, we found the perfect home here in Albuquerque. Throughout the entire four year period process, Sandi cheerfully showed us countless houses and worked relentlessly to help find us a home that met our needs. She is a true professional that worked tirelessly to help us have our offer accepted and then completed the all paperwork and oversaw inspections as we were our of the area in order for us to close in less than a month from the time our offer was accepted. I know for a fact, that Sandi has worked very long hours for us and other clients in order to insure a happy clients and smooth experience in the purchase or sale of a home. As a realtor and friend, Sandi is the BEST.

    I find it tough to find the words to give Sandi the accolades she truly deserves. To say she went above and beyond is simply an understatement. Sandi did a fantastic job to ensure our transaction went seamlessly. As in most transactions - there are always "things" that come up that need to be dealt with. We had our share of them - and Sandi was amazing. She handled so much for us because we couldn't be there. Both buyers and sellers lived out of state. She was our eyes and ears ensuring we had all the knowledge we needed. Honestly I don't know how she did it, keeping all the balls in the air with our transaction - and all of her other clients. She made us feel as if we were the most important people in the world. We will always be grateful to her. I would recommend Sandi with the utmost confidence. You couldn't be in better hands!!!!

    Sandy is top notch! We called for info on one listing that she had and met a wonderful person and realtor. She gave us info on the house we asked about and researched 6-8 more homes in the area we were interested in and then spent two days showing us properties. As we looked at each one, she worked to understand the things we liked and didn't like and helped us find a great home in the east mountain. The best thing was the time she devoted to the after contract process. We were remote buyers and she coordinated all kinds of things for us to make the process smooth and fun all the way to closing. Even after closing, she helped us with an issue that was super important to our transition to New Mexico. Can't say enough good things about Sandy!!!

    I've sold two homes with Sandi, one in Albuquerque in 02/2012, and the other in 09/2014. The first one sold in four days and closed in one month. The second was sold in one month and closed in about two months.

    Both houses sold above their estimated value, and a lot has to do with the careful work Sandi does in preparing the house for sale. I think Sandi, my wife, and I work together well as a team in making the house move-in ready and marketing that presents accurately what's available.

    I'll have another house to sell in two years, and Sandi will be my agent for it. I can't think of working with another agent rather than Sandi!
