In this business, COMMUNICATION is everything. And in 2020, that means phone, text, email, video, whatever. I need information, I need updates, I need an advocate for my insurance claims, I need an advocate in getting paneled, and I need to trust that somebody is tracking my stuff, because honestly, I am not good at that, which is why I hired Jocelyn and Enchantment. That is what I need and get from Enchantment. Oh, and I also need somebody who knows how all this COVID/HIPAA/What Is Reimbursable by whom under what circumstances, and they track this stuff for me, when I ask. That is great.
