This is by far one of the best facilities in Albuquerque. The staff is very efficient in their duties very caring with the residents. They have the best marketing department also one of the best employees around in that department. The housing is very roomy and comfortable. The food is very delightful. I recommend all to come join the community.

This is most beautiful facility I have ever been in. The staff really care about the community.

We moved our Mom into this facility in 2015 after our Dad passed away. The two of them had previously planned to move there before he passed so it was not a surprise transition for Mom but she had not expected to move there alone. The staff was extremely gracious and kind. What we really loved was that she had a two bedroom apartment with a balcony, views of the mountains, her own kitchen (if she chose to use it) and the place was clean, organized and felt "happy" and bright, not depressing at all! We were impressed with the "restaurant style" dining room with table service and a salad bar and that the dining room was open all day if anyone wanted a sandwich or snacks outside the regular meal hours. There are multiple planned activities and social events if tenants choose to participate but there is no pressure to do anything. Mom can go to her room and just be alone if she wants to. Other big pluses have been an on-sight hair salon where Mom can get her hair washed and professionally styled, laundry facilities on each floor, a common courtyard to be outside but safe within the confines of the facility, a pet friendly atmosphere and the comfort of knowing that caring folks are always looking out for our aging Mom! We have been very pleased and impressed, especially during this past year of COVID restrictions. They have gone above and beyond to keep our loved ones safe and healthy!.

Sandia Vista has been an excellent community for my Mom! The staff is very caring and conscientious. It is truly a community of people who make this a warm and inviting place. They listen to the residents concerns and offer many different activities for interaction. The grounds are well kept and the dining area continues to adjust to the needs of the residents. Mom feels very safe and supported here and is happy! I can't say enough about how wonderful the people are who work here. They care!

My 90 year old mother has lived at the facility for several years now. The care and attention she has received has been top notch. Most recently, there has been enhancement to the restaurant, and they are investing in several capital improvements for the building. The staff has been helpful in getting my mother to appointments, activities and special events.

Aubrey, Melissa and the staff have done an outstanding job in dealing with the Covid Pandemic. Under Aubrey's (and Melissa's) leadership, they were able to balance the safety of the residents with the emotional needs of the residents. They procured, scheduled and implemented vaccination days for the facility. There have been zero fatalities or illness due to Covid at the facility, and I believe this is due to the policies and procedures put in place by the management team.

I live over a thousand miles from Albuquerque, and it gives me great peace of mind knowing that my mom is being taken care of by such a great team of caring, kind, and patient professionals.

Our Family Dr for 30 years.. Won't go to another family doctor! Dr Hiti is the best! And the staff is always friendly and courteous.

I absolutely love Dr Hiti an the staff I have been going to him for almost 30 years he is my favorite of all my doctors. He takes the best care possible an looks out for the best for all his patients. If I ever need any medications he or the staff promptly refills them an calls to let me tell me that the medication has been called in and is going to be ready. He also will always see me anytime I need him or if he feels I need prompt care refers me to the emergency room as I need it an I love all of his kindness courtesy an polite bedside manners. T he staff is always there to help an lend a extra hand.

I've mostly had the exact opposite experience and satisfaction that Ms. Thacker had (there's been one admin staff that is, at times, rude).

I've never waited anywhere close to 1 hour to be seen and Dr. Hiti has taken as much time as needed for my exam satisfaction. I now commute 19 miles one way to retain Dr. Hiti as my PCP. I find him technically very competent and a good and decent man.
