    Had an issue after relocating. Lost keys & called frantic to gain access to my unit. Shantel (hope that's spelled correctly) was able to assist me with no issues. Thank you

    Pretty decent storage facility. Seems well maintained and security is good. Storing long term in a large unit. They were one of the few places in town where I could find a 30x10 unit available.
    Side note: I have had several occasions where I needed to speak with the manger on duty, went by during normal business hours, and the storefront was locked with a sign saying that the manager was out in the facility and would be back at a certain time. On one of those occasions I had to return to the store 3 more times before anyone was in the store. Much later than the stated time.

    I want to say that your employee named Jimesha SC was exceptional and a true pleasure to do business with . She explained that she didn’t work at the Douglasville location but did an excellent job taking care of me ! I had about a two hour wait before she arrived but dealing with the lady at Austell made my wait much better , she was very nice and explained that someone would be arriving soon .
    Great team work and a good outcome .
