All the Tellers and the Customer Service help desk are always friendly and helpful. I really never have had any problems or issues.

John Coch at the Kirtland BX branch was helpful in guiding me in applying for a credit card. He was patient, answered my questions and made my visit an experience I will not forget. A couple days later, I received a letter thanking me for coming in to see him, and that if I ever needed help, to keep KFCU in mind.

First I would like to say that I am happy and very much satisfied with the efforts of Nathan in helping me refinance my car and thankful for Kirtland as a whole. Nathan and I had been communicating via telephone only for a few weeks before I actually went in to finalize everything in person. When I finally went into the facility I was attended to quickly by the very nice lady at the front counter. I only waited for a short time until meeting Nathan. Facility was very clean and neat. All of the staff members seemed pleasant and you could feel that personal connection they had with their customers.
