Amazing Service & Extra Gentle with the shot before a deep filling. I had a horrible experience as a teen with a dentist, so my anxiety tends to run high with dental care. Dr. Allman and his assistant Erica are exceptional! My experience was memorable in a good way. The front desk team also deserves a shout out! Grateful I finally found my dentist in Rio!

I have been going here for years! They manage their time well and are always friendly. My hygienist, Tsenre, is gentle and this is important because I have sensitive teeth. Facility is spotless and exceptionally clean. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Highly recommended!!

My husband is an orthodontist (dental school for 4 years in addition to 2 years of specialty training in orthodontics) and I am picky about my teeth. I have some old fillings that needed to be replaced over the years and recently had a crown done by Dr. Casey Allman. He was super gentle and concerned about my comfort throughout the process. Not only that, but check out the photo I uploaded...I bet you wouldn't have been able to guess which tooth he restored had I not circled it! The staff members are wonderful too! I highly recommend Sandia Smiles for your dental care!

Quite possibly the best dentist I’ve ever gone to. Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Allman himself are always so pleasant to see. If they have bad days, you can’t tell by talking to them. They always smile and have a great attitude, which I imagine is tough in their industry.

Also, Dr. Allman pays constant attention to the comfort of his patients. Even those with a tremendous fear of dentists will assuredly feel comfortable having Dr. Allman work on them.

Possibly the best dental visit I've ever had. The staff was fast, friendly and honest. Kim gave me a lot of information before I scheduled my appointment and made me feel confident about choosing Sandia. The online registration was very easy and ready to sign when I arrived. Brenda did a great job checking me in immediately and the wait time from arrival to the chair was less than 5 minutes. Marianna did a thorough job cleaning my teeth and even gave me tips on brushing. Dr. Allman was friendly and professional. Some people may say the "Golden Era of Dentistry" is gone but it is alive and well at Sandia Smiles. (Note: They do a Halloween candy drive for the troops.)
