I've been here for almost a year now and this place exceeded my expectations. This is the third place I've rented and I can say it's the best. Very clean upon move in, easy to communicate with staff, clean facilities., and maintenance is great. I feel very safe with the safety features (key fob) and I don't have a problem with any neighbors being loud. A huge bonus is the Cobu app where residents communicate (ask questions, find pet sitters) and they post fun trivia/contests where you can win gift cards! The windows are huge and very good at blocking street noise. I was lucky to be on the side with a really nice view with lots of greenery. Overall I feel very lucky I found this place even remotely during COVID and would continue my lease.

Great place to live. Quiet & peaceful! (You will never hear your neighbors!!!) good closet space, nice kitchens, well maintained property, great amenities and sense of a community. Loved living here. Feels very safe and the location is great, especially with metro access basically at your front door. 15-20 min metro ride to Dupont Circle & 5 mins to downtown Bethesda. :) I always recommend living here and would live here again if in the area. Daycare, dentist and convenience store on the first floor too! 5/5 apartment living for sure!

I have been living here for the past 6 months. The Location is very good and the apartments are well designed. Overall it is a great building and community around it. The leasing office people are very kind and helpful. However, the maintenance is not as good as the other things. They take very long to respond and barely fix anything and whenever I call or go to the office, they say the maintenence is having a "busy" week and they will get to you but never will. Overall it is a good please and i recommend it.

Have been living here for 2 years and it has been so pleasant. Everything is secure, apartments are clean and quiet, maintenance comes very quickly if needed. No issues in all the time I’ve been here. Great little market and dry cleaners right down stairs.

I visited the Meridian yesterday afternoon and was greeted by Ms. Nadine, Leasing Representative. Nadine provide valuable information regarding the property, amenities, and the units itself. Afterwards, I was able to tour all of the aforementioned, and I was truly pleased. Looking forward to hearing back from Nadine with the possibility of calling The Meridian "Home Sweet Home" in the very near future and for many years to come.
