  National always does a good job. On this occasion my bill was not consistent with the reservation, but the agent on site was able to straighten it out. Not sure why this happened, but the service to resolve the problem was good. Appreciated it.

  Again, I had a great rental experience. I walked through the rental center directly to the car area, mentioned to the attendant I had reserved a large four-wheel drive vehicle and there was one right in front of us, an upgrade he gave me. Great car, in great shape. The pick-up and drop-off process cannot be beat. This is a mirror experience to the one I had in September in Calgary. Great car, competitive rate, fantastic people. I don't know where you find your staff but I'd like to steal them! Thanks again for a great experience!

  I have be using National Car Rental for nearly 30 years. I continue to do so for the convenience of renting a car. The process to reserve a car over the phone only takes a few minutes. The pick up at the airport, if needed, is generally within minutes. The cars have always been clean. The check out is seamless. The check in is often done within a minute or two. The van back to the airport if needed is generally waiting for me. The people have always been friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied.

  Awesome experience. Didn't actually have what I originally ordered so a free upgrade came my way. Friendly staff and quick to answer questions or provide directions if you are new to the area.

  This was my first experience with Nat'l and the rental was setup for me by a corporate travel agency... And, I had a refreshingly pleasant experience!
  
  The front desk was organized, ready for my arrival, and quickly sent me on my way to find my "intermediate" level car. Outside, the representatives were well-dressed and cordial. They pointed to a line of cars near the booth -- their intermediate's -- and said, "Pick one."
  
  I looked to the end of the line and saw a black 2018 Cadillac (very tempting)! Then, as I looked to the front of the line, I spotted a very beefy-looking, yellow 2018 Dodge Challenger, shiny and new... "I'll take that one!" The guy replied, "Great! The keys are in the car."
  
  I inspected the vehicle (it was clean and in excellent condition inside and out) and drove to the exit gate. They checked my ID and receipt and sent me on my way! I loved every minute of driving that car...
  
  Upon return, just as easy... Entered the gate. Drove down the return lane. The guy asked if I wanted a receipt, and all was done! I walked away one very happy customer!
