Optum Primary Care

I walk in for the first time and I felt immediately at home. The wonderful receptionist laughed at my joke and get my paperwork ready in 42seconds. Lori, Dr Ohiri's nurse invited me to bypass the waiting room but not the weight room. After protocol, I must had one full minute before Dr, Uchenna Ohiri arrived. This doctor knows how to ask questions and listen. Her familiarity with complex issues allow her to be so accessible, so helpful that when I left I felt the urge to shake her hand but I wanted to hug her. I truly believe that she is the next Optum CEO.

I have had great service and professionalism since this was DaVita. As it has been transitioned Optum, I am just as satisfied. Hardly ever a wait, great customer service from administration and attentive medical staff with quick care and resolutions. The phlebotomist at Quest also gets honorable mention for being quick and painless. Their safety standards during the pandemic has been A+, as well. I'm shocked at some of the reviews of this location but no complaints here. Thanks, Ryan A.

I have been a patient at this clinic location for many years. Not once was someone rude or unprofessional. The staff is nice and NP Ryan Asher is a fantastic provider. Thank you for your excellent service :-)
