Passing through Albuquerque decided to stay at this hotel because it was close to the Old Town square. Within walking distance makes it an easy visit. Easy check in, polite staff. Good size comfortable king size bed no carpeting on the floor. All laminate wood. Microwave and refrigerator on top of a three drawer dresser. Small screen TV compared to the ones I had previously. Wash area tub and toilet okay. Couch made it more comfortable to sit and watch TV and do some work instead of sitting in a computer chair on the edge of the bed. Breakfast opportunity was kind of meager. Waffle maker prepackaged muffins some bananas cereal Orange juice. You are not allowed to get the food yourself the person working the desk had to come out and serve it to you. Overall they decent room what I stay here again? Yes probably.
Had a great experience. As a woman traveling alone, I care about feeling safe in the surrounding area and the room smelling good and clean floors. This place was a relief. Sometimes you don't know, but fortunately, this place was a really decent place. Staff was wonderful and had good breakfast choices.
update to my last post. I have to drop my rating from 5 to four stars. First parking is limited during summer and can be crowded. The heater is ok in the room but if you like to sleep in a warm room it is not powerful. The ac in the summer works fine. Place is very safe and with all the crime in albuquerque, it is amazing how well of a job they do keeping your car from theft and damage. The price is outstanding, but the room could use some paint touch up and the beds are hard. The price is good!
