  First time here. Employees did not wear masks. Couldn't find flooring help. Did have a good selection but not like some other home improvement stores. We intend to return for some supplies. Staff was friendly. Prices reasonable.

  My wife and I recently went to this place to get a tub for our bathroom. On that day, it was completely packed. We found what we wanted fairly quickly and had some questions about other items. In all of the activity, an employee named Efrain Fuentes was hustling to help each person waiting and was doing so in a timely manner. When he got to us, he immediately transported the tub we wanted to the checkout counter and, while we were waiting, went to the back to check on the other items we had questions about. Not only did he keep going back to get items that we eventually never got, he did so without an attitude and in an extremely friendly manner. Even after stating that I forgot to bring cash for a tip, he continued to help us out with zero change in his service. Thank you Efrain for going above and beyond. Because of employees like you, we will be back for sure!

  Had an emergency call that someone had broken the glass out of a glass insert of a customer's backdoor. it was 5:40 pm and they were about to close at 6pm. GPS said I was 25 minutes away with traffic. I called and explained I would reach them 5 minutes after closing and told them my dilemma. They said sure no problem. I was 5 min late getting there but they were still there and I was able to get the insert I needed. Thanks guys. you were great.

  James helped me find a door at a discounted price. He was very professional and patient throughout the whole process. No signs of a lazy, “I don’t wanna be here”, type attitude in this Sales Associate.
  
  Builder’s Surplus has a wide selection of quality home and office material. From tiles, to doors, To table tops to cabinets, and etc.
  
  I walked around the entire building and everything looked sturdy and of quality.
