In a town where customer service barely exists, Loid’s is a shining star! What a pleasant experience! I don’t even know where to start. What is usually a stressful situation was completely turned around into the easiest thing ever. And my vehicle looks better than ever! Fast, responsive, professional, super-nice people, beautiful facility, you couldn’t ask for better. Especially Nyk, who went above and beyond. I don’t have a fancy car and I was worried about that, but he never once made me feel that my vehicle wasn’t just as important as the high-end luxury cars they work on. There’s no one else in town with this level of service, in ANY business! Thank you, Nyk and Loid’s!

Setting up an appointment was easy over the phone. Lots of availability.

When I arrived, they quickly saw to me and directed me to pull into the estimate garage. The estimate was done and reviewed with me. Maybe 10-15m altogether. Overall I was in and out much faster than I was expecting which was pleasant. Great CX.

Masters at body work! They do wonders. My X5m was hit by a FedEx truck while parked and Loid's did amazing work, looks like new! Warning! Do not use their detailing service! Truly sub par. But body work rocks!
