“I visited as part of a Service Dog training class. The store had ample selection of sporting goods, but it was cramped. Isles, and space between shelves and clothing racks were narrow. The floors were clean, and the staff was very welcoming to our group. Claustrophobic feeling aside, it was a good experience. Definitely worth a shopping visit.”

“I went to speedway this week in afternoon/evening and was extremely impressed by the way I was treated there. The customer service was Excellent! Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. I even had a young lady by the name of "Jwls" who was willing to go outside with me and check out the sound that my old truck started making minutes prior to me arriving to the station. She was wonderful and very knowledgeable! I couldn't believe how much she knew about cars! She actually fixed my old truck! I had taken it to 2 different mechanics and both places said it was the same thing when it wasn't even close to what the problem actually was! This young lady was very committed to helping people and it made me change the way I looked at customer service and also females in industries where I've always known men to be. As a 58 year old retired navy seal man, i now have a new respect for these women. You all should be proud to have hired such an excellent and hard working young employee. I will be sending the referrals for greater opportunities for women and men such as what I experienced from the Speedway @ Tramway and Montgomery today. Bless You All.”

“It was the best gas station ever. I went into the store and got what I wanted and went to a register with my grandma and all she had was a bag of coins and have it to the lady I think her name started with a C and she took her time to count the coins. Tell you guys now my grandma doesn't speak very well English. And my grandma said sorry and she was one of the best person I ever met at a gas station and I hope I get to see her the next time I go there. Go to this has station really good service.”

“I have to admit that Target has impressed me lately. My friend was visiting and needed to grab some items. So off to Target we went! As we entered the store, we were pleasantly greeted. The young man was upbeat and wanted to make sure if we needed anything, he is available. We quickly found our items. Although we wanted some costume masks, a stretch since it was not Halloween. We were laughing about a monkey story when one of the employees joined in laughing. It was great! We asked about masks, unfortunately, he said, they would not be available until x date. We were so impressed that he knew details, and was so upbeat and fun. The store is clean, organized and the employees are on point! Great job Target! I will definitely take my dates there!”

“Triumph won us over with our master bathroom remodel. Having moved from Seattle to our new home in Corrales, the master bath and kitchen were simply outdated. Shelly's search for a designer contractor builder led her to Triumph. We had a couple other companies come bid, but we felt the most confident with Janet's demeanor and professionalism. The price was on the high-end of our budget but we knew we were willing to pay extra to get the quality hands-on attention. And we got what we wanted, we were very pleased. We had to however be patient and get in the queue. Their services required a good 3-4 months advance booking; something I had to understand and accept, with Shelly convincing me will be worth the wait. The bath came out fantastic -- made our vision become reality, and dealing with both Janet (Owner/designer) and Keith (Owner/builder) was very pleasant. Janet helped relieve a lot of the stress in decision making and Keith paid attention to details, listening to our input at every step. Both were great to work with. Also have to say and was very important to us -- the project, our house and property were kept very clean, day in and day out the entire time. All of their crew were very professional. So we decided to do the kitchen next! Beautiful -- couldn't be more happy with the result and our choosing of Triumph for the work. Keith did do most of the kitchen himself, wore a mask the entire time during this pandemic. We felt very comfortable with him in the house at all times. Thank you Janet and Keith!
