“They missed me on delivery date (anniversary) I wasn’t home and she said she couldn’t deliver the rest of the day. The next day I was home and didn’t hear a knock at the door or doorbell. It wasn’t until I went out to take trash out that I almost stepped on the arrangement that had been sitting there for hours. I wasn’t able to get in contact with anyone on the phone so I stopped in and explained what happen and was able to get it resolved easily. Although it was upsetting to not get the delivery as expected I’m glad they tried to make it right”
