Their website mentions that their plants are hand cultivated and meticulously trimmed. As I found out, it really is, beautifully trimmed, you can really see a difference from other stuff. It was really wonderful surprise. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable about their products and happy answer your questions. This store has a nice clean atmosphere with a comfortable waiting area. Store hours are great from 9am to 7pm, it’s awesome. To top this off they can take online orders and you can pay with a credit card. You can’t beat this! Roland helped me out with all my questions and gave me some very useful suggestions. It’s a good thing when you meet knowledge staff, it really makes a difference. Thank you Roland.”

“I love filling my prescriptions here. They accept most prescriptions through the doctor as well as through fax for scripts usually required to be handed in by the customer (you). The staff is always friendly and professional. They never have a problem taking time for their customers to answer questions and address concerns. I've also never experienced them being out of medications when I go to fill them. You do have to make sure to call in your scripts because their "automatic refill" system doesn't really work. But even calling them in, they're usually available the same day.”

“This is the second time I have been to physical therapy for a shoulder issue. The first was over 10 years ago. I found Balanced through my insurance company doctor and facility find. I am very fortunate that I picked Balanced and just as fortunate that I was assigned to Clark Bearsmith. This facility and atmosphere is first rate and the staff are a total pleasure to deal with. Clark worked on my shoulder for about 6 weeks, twice a week. He explained how the brain, nervous system and muscles all work together which really helped me understand my issue. Clark provided me with an increasing list of exercises that I performed twice daily. (If you do the work at home, you will most likely maximize the results). If it is suggested, I highly recommend dry needle therapy. It worked wonders for me. I have gone from about 30% to 100% range of motion. I strongly recommend you give Balanced a try for PT needs.”
