There are classes to help you with the correct form to keep from injuring yourself and get the most of the work you are putting in. I miss the family that I formed at the Y. The members are friendly and inclusive.”

“In my 75 years, I have gone to quite a few gyms, and Designer Bodies is the best I have experienced. The equipment is top of the line, and the premises are always spotlessly clean. What has impressed me the most has been the friendliness, patience and care of the staff, and especially the trainers, all of whom have extensive understanding of human physiology that enables them to design fitness programs tailored to the particular needs of their clients. People of all ages and fitness levels can find what they need at this gym, including excellent guidance in nutrition. I have been training with Dwain for two months and am experiencing much more energy and enthusiasm through his nutritional guidance and exercise routines. What’s more, I have been much less bothered by arthritic aches and pains. Living in an aging body is actually becoming a positive experience, thanks to this facility and the people who keep it running (and also to the other people who work out there).”

“Friendly locals and playful pups! As a visitor from Texas on a trip with my dog, I wanted to find fun places for my dog too. This park was my second favorite after USS Bullhead Park. It was fenced in, off leash and the community there was on top of their game. Although no separation for small and large dogs everyone had their spaces and played accordingly. Bigger dogs running fast and chasing balls, smaller dogs with their own toys and hanging by their owners and other small dogs. We easily moved between the different groups for face time and walked all around this park on our own too. There was a small encounter between two dogs because of a found rawhide. But pretty quickly one of the locals understood what was going on and threw the rawhide away. We prefer grass at dog parks instead of the dirt/mulch type ground but overall this was very pleasant and a nice retreat from the car.”

“We have been here many times and have felt in the last year that their food wasn't as good overall. We decided to get take out and thought that we had our best meal there. Pinto bean falafel, arugula salad, and the trout were all cooked to perfection with great compliments to their flavor. Highly recommend for the atmosphere when we aren't in a pandemic, but also recommend them based on their very tasty food with a dedication to local ingredients. Thank you for offering take out to enjoy your special establishment!”

And well honestly Daisy has given me the cleanest fade and the best customer service. The environment is nice always clean and the best part of it is being able to have a genuine conversation with your barber and Daisy is the best one I’ve had yet. Fact is that for the first time ever, I feel as though I paid the least amount of money for the most excellent service.
