“I arrived at the Albuquerque, New Mexico Airport on a Sunday evening. The shuttle driver from the airport to the Budget Rental Agency was prompt and driven by a very nice, friendly man. At the rental office I was greeted and taken care of by very efficient and helpful woman and man. The car I drove seemed okay at first. Within a day I found out I couldn't lock the car doors. If a front door locked, a back door opened Many different ways were tried but I just couldn't get all the doors to lock at the same time. After contacting the emergency road service, I was told that the key fob battery was probably low and the woman I spoke to suggested replacing the battery for the key and seeing if that took care of the problem. It didn't, but I had already been told that the only way to get a replacement car was to return to the airport. I didn't want to drive from Santa Fe to Albuquerque (we were moving our daughter from Florida to Santa Fe.) We were concerned that the car could be at risk, but really crushed for time to get everything done. I did not leave anything of value in the car,which was a problem at times.”

“I'm an adult driver with a HUGE amount of anxiety behind the wheel. The thought of driving absolutely terrified me, and for the longest time I was pretty sure I'd never be able to drive. But I found Coach Al's Driving School through reviews and called them to see their opinion on my situation. They assured me that their instructors were all skilled enough to handle my worries, and that I wasn't the first, or last, person to come to them like this. And they were right! I drove constantly with them, learning about the rules of the road and what all goes into driving a car. It's still crazy knowing I can actually drive now! Not only that, but they prepare you well for the tests! You start the class getting your driving permit with their help, and by the end of the class you take the drunk driving course and the written exam. They balanced everything, and you'll see some dramatic results with them!”

“I had to book a last minute stay in Raleigh and the hotel came through with a cute studio suite. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel required mask although many people weren't wearing them. There are a few gas stations and restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. I would have given it 5 stars but I reserved a 2 bedroom studio and was given a one bedroom suite instead.”
