Aguirre Spring Campground

Don’t listen to anybody else, there is plenty of free water at the host’s location. The drive up to the campsite is many miles and lots of fun if you like curves and turns. Day use is $5 per vehicle and $15 per bus.Camping fees are $7 per campsite. We camped for $3.50 per night because of the national park golden age passport.

Nice little campground tucked away in the mountain. Last mile and a half drive to and from campground is one way, paved. Water at the beginning where the camphost is so make sure you fill up before heading up to campground. Covered picnic tables and clean bathrooms. No showers. For $7/night you can't beat the views. Half price for military, seniors, etc. Quiet at night and rangers very friendly.

Excellent views. Super nice host. Quiet at night with the gate locked. Very peaceful. Set up more for tent campers but there seemed to be a few level spots. Clean bathrooms & great cell service.

This place is cool! Great views, pretty hike, no hook ups and lots are not all level. We have a 26ft motorhome and found one pull through lot. Only one way roads so find a spot and take it. Only 35 min to White sands. No dump station that I saw. Water avail at the gate... Bring a long hose. Will come back when we pass through. Thanks!!

Very nice campsites... some are fairly level, some not so much.
2-3 bars of Verizon in most places up to 5 with a booster.
Vault toilets were clean and well stocked.
Camp host was super helpful and friendly. $7 bucks a night and half that with ATB pass.
Water at entrance to campground only.
No hookups but very nice.
Highly recommend.
Not for big rvs... 25 ft. and less.
