C3's Bistro

Ordered pickup for the first time on a weekend and the experience was delightful. We placed a relatively large order and everything was packaged with care and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm a huge believer in supporting local businesses and I would recommend this one to anyone looking for good Cajun food!

C3’s Bristo is a restaurant I recommend to any who loves Louisiana style dishes. The staff and owners are AWESOME. Very warming and loving atmosphere! The food is great, very clean and crisp. I recommend this restaurant on all accounts. Stop by and try it you will not regret it.

Tonight we ordered the Nola BBQ Shrimp Pasta and the house salad! (for Take Out)
It was so incredibly good - the flavors were wonderful. We are so lucky to have this restaurant in Corrales! What a taste delight!

The food was delicious, and fresh made. That being said good fresh food takes time. The bread was amazing. Chewy on the inside, crisp on the outside. The fries were hand cut and fried. The cole slaw was so good. The staff was friendly and attentive. This is a great place to go for date night, or when you want to catch up with an old friend.

Alligator is on the menu!!! Just really darn good! Family atmosphere, great food and service. Authentically Cajun! Give it a try! Had the alligator Poboy and it was great, can’t wait to go back and order it as an appetizer. Would have liked to wash it down with a cold beer, but it’s right across the street from ex novo, so there’s plenty of options there. (Or Corrales Bistro)
