GRATE DENTISTS DR Juliette and Dr Edwards
Dr. Edwards is thorough, explains what is going to happen before & during a procedure.
I appreciate his honesty & care in making sure you are not in any unnecessary pain. Having been through a very painful experience with a previous dentist which was preventable but not implemented, I was wary of dentists in a way I never was before. I am impressed by his new hygienist, Sylvia. Her kind words and demeanor helped me while going through the prceedure.
Dr Edwards is very thorough in his examination and delivery of services. I've never had a Dentist perform such a thorough cleaning! Additionally Dr Edwards is calm, gentle, and lays out his expert opinion in regards to options for my oral health.
I'm glad to have found Dr Edwards, even though he is out-of-network for my New York City teacher's union retiree plan - hence I must pay out-of-pocket at the time of service.
The front desk billing person (Angelique) is knowledgeable and efficient about billing as well as pricing for each procedure. She submits bills my insurance company so that I am reimbursed directly for covered procedures.
I highly recommend him.
