Honest Ethical and great integrity. Its hard to be an mechanic. Everyone wants a deal and nobody wants to pay. My experience with Bob has be nothing but great. It has come to my attn that they will be closing their doors which makes me sad. All of these reviews that aren't positive are posted with feelings involved so they really don't count. At the end of the day Bob helps people keep stay safe with a reliable vehicle. My car is being picked up from him today after Bob cared for it for a few years. Thanks Bob...until we chat again..

Excellent service, honesty, and knowledge! I've (along with my husband and parents) brought my car to Gatti and Sons for 2 years from oil changes to car repairs and our cars work great! He even saved me over a $1000 dollars when Firestone tried to lie to me about car repairs. He's fast, and there's a Starbucks you can hang out at across the street! Thanks for everything!!!

I went to Gatti & sons yesterday for and oil change on my Tundra and there was a complete mix up with the price I had to pay and the price I got quoted, the one I had to pay being way more than quoted. After I left I was not a happy customer, the very next day Mr Gatti called me personally on the phone, apologized for the mix up and compensated me for the mix up. I really value that as a customer, and that little action will keep me going back. Its rare to find a mechanic that actually cares.

I took my truck in to Gatti and Son's to get some major repairs done. These guys do amazing work, are honorable, honest, and have the best prices in town. I live in Albuquerque and I will continue to travel to Rio Rancho take my vehicles to Gatti & Son's Automotive for maintenance and repairs, and you should too.
