  I recently had power steering work done on my 95 Nissan 300ZX along with some some other general maintenance. My mechanic Natalie always does awesome work. I am grateful for the type of service I receive and consider myself lucky finding that shop. What more can I say? Outstanding!!!

  Nice people. Added an extra hour of labor after estimate. Definitely charge you for everything they can. Would like to see shops deduct the diagnostic charge when you have them do the work.
  Be sure and ask for a AAA discount. Labor $145/hr. Good work, just seemed expensive.

  Brown's was terrific. They got the work done even before promised. The staff is wonderful. Friendly, clean and the work was thorough. I would recommend them highly and will take my cars there again.

  I have a 2006 Chrysler 300 SRT8 that was experiencing an issue holding a charge. If I let it sit for more than 6 days it would not start. I had taken it numerous times to a dealership in the area and was always told that there was nothing wrong. I was even given a new battery a couple times “just in case”.
  I decided to take it to Brown’s because of the good reviews they have received.
  They found the issue on the same day I brought it in and mapped out with me what needed to be done to have my car up and running like normal. This is the ONLY place I will take my vehicle to for repairs from this point on.
  Darrel, Henry, Chris, Isaac and Natalie are phenomenal. Not only are they professional and knowledgeable, they are friendly and listen to your concerns.

  Brown's Automotive Experts was simply awesome. My Dodge Challenger was acting up and in the moment was my family's only form of transportation. Darell answered the phone and tried to get me taken care of right away. Never have I been to any establishment that was so transparent and honest with me. Everyone at the counter was very friendly and I was given a very detailed report on my vehicle. On pick up was billed the exact amout I was told on drop off and was not given any normal headaches other places try to pull. My vehicle was having a very unique issue that made things difficult to pinpoint. Everything is working fine now however the staff at Brown's Automotive Experts told me they will research the issue more and contact me if they find anything. My vehicle is out of their care but I left feeling like I'm still receiving service. Any further issues I will have in the future from now on I will be going to Brown's Automotive Experts.
