I had a terrific reflexology session with Neal this past week. He was professional, clearly an expert, knowledgeable, compassionate, and conscientious. I felt immediate results of relaxation from the one, 30 minute session I had. His rates are very affordable and he was great with my 12 year old son, as well. Their private office location is a warm, peaceful, comfortable, and professional environment. Both he and Kay are wonderful people, welcoming, and friendly. A truly great find, and we highly recommend them!

Kay always fixes me up! My job is hard on my shoulders and neck. When I start to feel the flare up start i call or text her and she gets me in as soon as she has an opening even calls me if she has a cancellation. I have the cupping and taping done and I feel instant relief! She is also very nice and makes me feel comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone.

I should've reviewed this place sooner my husband and I come for monthly massages and we've been doing so for many years and looking at the review written by Ed this must've been his very first massage because you will always have paperwork to complete on your first massage and most clinics have a policy section on their website and body in balance does have a policy section and if Ed would have read number three it would have instructed him to come 10 minutes sooner and it also states that if you're late that time has to come out of your massage. It's purely a matter of consideration to the massage therapist as well as to the other clients that may have appointments beyond yours they don't deserve to have their massages late because you're late. Kay count her lucky stars that he won't be coming back!
