We have used Harris Jewelers for many years for gifts, repair and custom jewelry! Karen helped me design an engagement ring years ago and when I damaged it in an accident, I took it back to her. She spent time in discussing what I wanted and then created a new ring for me! I picked it up today …and it is stunning!! It is the kind of ring that I didn’t know I would love at first sight! First class customer service and craftsmanship! You all are the Best!!

Emilia was so helpful and patient during our visit today. We looked at the Star Wars watches and the critter boxes! She was very good at explaining and making suggestions. Very patient with showing all the different critter boxes we wanted to take a closer look at. Would come back to Albuquerque to work Emilia again! Thanks so much! We love the chameleon!!!

I brought in my bridal set (not purchased here) for them to solder them together. They were fabulous! I got my rings back faster than expected and they look fabulous, so glad they are local and don't have to send them off. They are friendly and knowledgeable. 20+ years ago, Karen designed and Mark crafted a diamond ring for me. I called it my past / present / future ring. After 2 decades, I returned to Harris Jewelers with the same ring for cleaning and a minor update. Mark replaced 2 black diamonds in the original ring with white diamonds. He also made certain all existing diamonds were secure, and cleaned & polished the ring. It looks newly created and I am so pleased!
Additionally, Karen sat with me for an hour+ to design a second ring and a diamond cross pendant with diamonds from a ring belonging to my mother, and an engagement ring from my fiancée. (Both of whom have passed away.) I had an idea in mind, showed Karen a picture, and she immediately designed the ring on paper. Once I approved the mold, Mark moved forward with casting my second ring. The diamond cross pendant was completed within a couple weeks and is beautiful! I just picked up my new ring and it's beyond exquisite! It's eye-catching, eye candy and unique! The second ring is more than I anticipated and exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Harris Jewelers without question. Karen and Mark, and the entire Harris Jewelers team provide 1:1 exceptional, personal customer service!

Harris’ Jewelers and Gemologists are AMAZING! The staff is friendly, outgoing and so knowledgeable. My husband and I spent a lot of time with Gina F. She made us feel comfortable and at ease. She took her time explaining the process of us selling our items that we brought in vs receiving I store credit. She made the whole process fun and enjoyable!
They have incredible jewelry in the store and do almost all of repairs in the store!
