“My son and I (I am using my husband's account) have been attending GMA Academy for almost two years. My son, who is almost 7, is going for his black belt. Grand Master Abraham has taught his self discipline, self control and how listen and learn. Grand Master is a quiet, thoughtful person; he doesn't yell or intimidate, but he commands respect and he treats his students with respect as well. He is a funny, kind person who obviously loves children and somehow he gets them to focus and listen without ever raising his voice! I am going to qualify for my black belt in a few months. In the year or so since I began, my strength, coordination and reflexes have improved noticeably! Grand Master also teaches adults, we learn the same moves as the children, but we also study self-defense and sparring with each other. I can't recommend GMA enough! If you or your child, have some strength or coordination issues, it is a great, safe place to learn to help those issues. If you or your child have always wanted to do Martial Arts, but were worried about a shouty, mean instructor, then GMA is the place for you. You will not regret it. Come join us!”
