Kelly ray is very proficient in going over all meds and tests. She has great bedside manner and always make me feel like she genuinely cares and loves her job
Had I not called yesterday to confirm my 8:00 am appointment today with Yourah I would have shown up today to be told I cancelled it. I did not but since Yourah was not available I was able to see her at 8:40 today. I was told Duke City is transitioning to a new software. I understand but ultimately I never canceled my appointment which was scheduled 6 months ago and which required blood work (which I did last week) in anticipation of today’s appointment However Yourah is very good so am happy I was able to see her
I love the way the nurses and my doctor are good to their patients. I never walk in to that place and hear people yelling. I love to go into a doctor's office where I can go in there and sit down and be treated like a regular human being. Thank you, Mr and Mrs Lopez
