The technicians that came out were very competent and very polite. Moreover, they were responsive to my questions and additional requests. I plan to use them for any electrical or plumbing service in the future.
Even in the end the company did everything they could to leave me as happy as they could with the work done.
Had two other reputable HVAC companies diagnose the refrigerated air unit that was blowing out heat while running in cool. Both said I needed to replace the condenser and the furnace for $17,000.
The technician with Duke City Services listened to my issues and stayed until my unit was fixed (replaced the capacitor and adjusted the thermostat wires) both the other companies failed to check. If any other technician showed up at my door I would of been out $17,000. I will not go to anyone else in Albuquerque. Thankful for their services.
