    Beautiful, well trained Tennessee Walkers and Missouri Fox Trotters smartly matched to a rider's abilities; a rocky, winding, sometimes steep trail up and down hills with dramatic views of the Galisteo Basin; horses sure-footed as mules--fun! My daughter and I had a wonderful time rocking away on well-broken- in (read, weathered) saddles and enjoyed the company of Brad, our wise (and wise crackin') trail boss.

    We are beginners but Harold did a great job going over horseback riding safety. Brad is great Wrangler/guide and we all came home safe. My 14 year old daughter had a blast and it was her first time. Highly recommend this company.

    We had a wonderful experience today with Broken Saddle. My mom (60) sister and I went and felt very comfortable the entire time. Joe did a great job going at a good pace and giving us some history. We loved the trail ride through the state park. All three of us are very beginner riders and would recommend this company to anyone.

    My husband and I went on an 1 hour 15 minute ride with the owner, Harrold, it was an amazing experience! A great way to see New Mexico. Harrold even took a photo of us and texted it to us because neither of us brought our phones. A highlight of our trip and highly recommended.
