    Greg Cole is a great guy who also happens to be a wonderful karate instructor. He is patient yet firm with the children; they learn a lot and have fun doing it. Highly recommend...solid values and positive focus.

    We have been attending AA Karate for 10 years which has been a wonderful experience for my son, Andrew. He has developed discipline, focus, confidence, strength, and temperance through his karate experience. Mr. Cole, Liza, and Austin are not only well wonderful role models but provide a well rounded team offering honest guidance and integrity to a fallen world.     For me, this school offers the finest MMA training programs in town! I am honored to train my discipline here. My advice for those interesting in pursuing martial arts is to come in and take the introductory lesson. Come and experience first-hand everything that these dedicated instructors have to offer and I guarantee that you'll be glad that you did!

    I came here 1 year ago looking for a way to get healthy and release stress. I was so fortunate to meet this group of people. All of them are friendly, supportive, and got me to feel comfortable despite not being very physically fit at the time. I love this martial arts school. Thank you for everything!
