We left without buying, not feeling any pressure. We returned a day later after doing some side research and bought a tub. They are a dealer of Master Spa tubs. Main selling points being that every part is manufactured in the USA. They also focus on therapeutic spa therapies, probably more than any other company. Going by all the reviews I've read, they might have less flair and customization, but if you want a high quality hot tub, at an excellent price point, fully manufactured in the USA, then this is what you get. Unfortunately, everywhere is severely back ordered due to covid-19...so, we'll only get to enjoy it in about 10 months. But we're excited and pleased with the purchase nonetheless. All that being said, I definitely recommend this seller.”
