“When I was doing research to have my replacement dentures done, I came across a listing for Albuquerque Dentures and figured if it was in their name, they probably knew what they were doing. By the time I got around to seeing them, the name had changed to Norby Dental because they apparently do a whole lot more than dentures. Anyway, I'm so glad I stuck with them. Every associate I met with through the process was very professional and friendly. They took the time to explain each step in the process and were always sure to ask if I had any questions. They got me in on time for my appointments and didn't leave me waiting in the chair. Of course, the most important thing is the final product. I took delivery of my new chompers yesterday and couldn't be more pleased. The fit was excellent from the first time I put them in and I haven't had any problems with them at all. They seem less bulky than my previous pair and yet they seem to be staying in place much better. Re-adjusting to talking and eating is coming along much faster than I had expected. So very pleased. tldr - Got new dentures here. They're great. I highly recommend them.”

“Great dentist office, all of the hygienists are very professional, they ask all the important questions and take the time to listen to concerns and address them, they are very accommodating and the comfort menu is always a bonus, havnt taken advantage of any of it myself, but I will someday and I love knowing it's there for patients to enjoy. The doctor is awesome too, from my experience he tries to give each patient the time they deserve and asks if there's anything special you need addressed or have any questions. He is always professional (as is the entire staff) and they are all always friendly. The Dr. Usually remembers his patients even after a 6 month gap between cleanings, he on occasion has not remembered something from our last visit but you can't blame the guy as he has hundreds of patients that he only gets to spend a couple minutes with usually once every 6 months. Lastly the text system is extra convenient for scheduling or communication with the office when calling is not possible. Highly recommend this dentist to everyone!”

They let me know before they did the work how much it was going to cost so there were no surprises which I really appreciate. They don’t act like they’re trying to rush when they’re working. Jennifer was also awesome - helpful and thoughtful, as well! Pretty cool to have TWO big, flat screen TVs to watch Netflix while getting my cracked tooth drilled on... and I barely felt the numbing - for which I was VERY thankful! “I love Dollar Tree. This location is one of about 5 I frequently shop at. Each store has basically the same inventory, but some locations put out things sooner than others or aren't sold out of things that others are. Ridiculous as it sounds, that extra $0.25 per item and now the $3-$5 is hard to swallow. I have noticed the quality of the items on the higher priced aisle, are actually worth it though.”

The replacement was done EFFICIENTLY, unlike in the past when it took about three visits to repair. thank goodness after 60 years of trying to find a good dentist whose care is speedy and efficient, but also does not require a second home mortgage to pay the bill! Staff were ALL pleasant and thoughtful. Virus prevention was excellent!”
