“I was able to get my thread cutter fixed. I give it four stars because they did not fix or tell me they couldn’t fix the cutter that cuts bobbin thread when inserting bobbin in case. I found the part on EBay and was able to fix for about 12 dollars. I had the machine at Bobs for 2 months and they did not fix problem. So I took it back and they said it would be front in line. Was not. About a month later took to Bernina and am very happy now.”

Update 5/29: After having missed scheduling an eye exam for the last two years I am proud to report that Eyes of NM is still delivering top-notch care and professionalism for their customers. I highly recommend checking them out! Called at about 1:30 yesterday, and was able to get into an appointment at 2:40. The office has been very clean and well put together every time I have been there for a visit. All of the staff that I had the pleasure of encountering were very professional, friendly, and explained every step of the way. You are going to pay more here than you usually would anywhere else, but eyes are nothing to skimp on. I look forward to any future visits I make. Thanks!”

This is a family-owned business and the owners went out of their way to come in on a Saturday to get Jeri started with her new CPAP equipment. Their personal, caring manner turned a difficult situation into a positive experience. Again, in the Spring of 2020, O2 Solutions came to our rescue. “This little quilt shop is one of the best small town shops I've seen that stands firmly in both MODERN quilting and Modern Traditional. Shop has excellent mix of modern fabric and more traditional designs. I was impressed by the variety of modern samples hanging amiably with more traditional quilt samples on the walls. The notions are decently stocked for a small shop but the thread selection is both thin and dusty. I saw a sizable and pleasant space for classes in the back. Hopefully quilters will be able to assemble again in the near future for classes and guild meetings here! Wherever I travel I always make a point to visit all the local quilt shops. Traveling is rare these days but this shop, the goodies, and the owner are all top notch. Definitely worth the visit.”
