“Great experience start to finish. During the exam, my baby wouldn't stop crying and an employee actually shook her rattle for her so I could finish up. Super sweet. Picking out glasses was also a great experience. I wasn't sure what I wanted, so the employee helped price things out for me within my budget. I came back another day and purchased two pairs. The quality is great. When the fit of one didn't work for me, I took it back and got a new frame and lens hassle free. Each time I ordered glasses, they were done same day, if not the same hour. “I honestly have a hard time believing the negative comments I read, however, I have had nothing but good experiences, and the best medical and mental care I HAVE EVER received in over 30 years of looking for a kind, compassionate, intelligent providers. Lucy is my provider and I can not say enough good about the kind of care she has provided. She listens, she is thorough, she is compassionate. I can leave or send her a message and she always gets back to me and eases my mind. She really has an ear for what I am looking for in medical care as an individual and does not generalize my care what so ever. My other provider is Hannah also caring, kind, listens, treats me so respectfully, they both do. As for the ladies at the front, I can see how some people can get frustrated, however they are busy little bee's keeping the clinic running. I have observed them to be hard working, thorough, efficient, respectful, and sweet. They are always busy and I know that can be frustrating but they are doing their jobs and they are doing it well. No one has ever treated my poorly here and I don't mind the 30 minute drive from Albuquerque. It is WELL WORTH IT!!!!”
