“As a non gluten eater,, I really like this place. Lots of options for me to choose from. I got a brisket taco and a rusty taco. Both were very good. Little heavy on the onion but I didn't ask for it otherwise so... my gluten eating husband liked the fried chicken taco so much he got 3! He also tells me that the churro is fantastic. If you like tacos, even a little, this is a good spot. Nice eating on the outdoor patio too!! If you like this review please click "like"... it helps my feelings.”

“As a first-time home owner, I was lucky when my neighbor recommended Dave's company. The first time he came out, it was to fix a leaky outdoor faucet; now it's been over a decade, and Dave has replaced all the pipes in my house, converted swamp cooler to centralized a/c, and replaced the hot water heater, among other things. His work is flawless, his prices more than fair, but most of all, his honesty and trustworthiness put him far above any other like-service in the area. Over the years, I've even had times when I've left a set of keys, he's repaired the problem while I wasn't home, left an invoice, then locked the house and replaced the keys (and never once let the cat escape.) If you're looking for the best, contact Dave; his number is what I give to my friends.”

“My dear father passed from Covid-19. I had heard that there was a Jewish section in La Puerta. I called and spoke with Donal and he was as helpful as anyone in grief could ask for. He gave me a great deal of information and helped me make informed decisions. At the end, my family decided to have dad buried in Israel, so I didn’t get to have the funeral here, but I would recommend La Puerta very highly for their sensitivity to the planet, and to us, trying to Help us bury our dead with dignity.”

“Just like the billboard says, they do have clean restrooms! Note that both gas stations here are the same Phillips 66 and both pumps work but in the morning when I went, only one of the convenience stores were open with the clean bathrooms (the bigger one). (And there are little sparrows that know travelers drop all sorts of food so they will sit outside your car.window and stare st you mournfully until you do. But sssh don't tell the gas station I said anything about feeding the birds! :) )”

“With skill and tough love this team brings help and hope for better living. They (in my case -Leah, Maggie and Jesse) work as hard as I'm willing to work and map out a plan to step-by-step bring back some quality of life that I had completely lost. I KNOW where I WAS physically, and that hour I spend with them twice a week has made ALL the difference in pain levels, mobility, strengthening and most of all ...hope for some semblance of a return to "normal" living. Thank you ALL. You ARE family ..and you do matter because what you do matters. And you are a lot of fun too! THAT's a bonus!!”

“My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Claire for the purchase of a Honda Passport, she is very informative and definitely knows what she is doing. Her amazing personality and welcoming smiling made the whole experience unforgettable not to mention she is hilarious! The process went smooth & we were able to walk out with our car in less than 2 hours! Super satisfied with our purchase & we recommend working with her if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle! Customer service is on point! Thanks again!! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Decided to try a more laid back attorney to assist me with settling my dads estate. My needs are pretty simple and my initial conversations with three other attorneys made it clear they wanted to make things as complex as they could. So far so good with Joseph Campbell. If all goes well my business with him should be wrapped up next week. If things go south I'll be back to do an update review with the appropriate change in star rating.”

“Stopped here with a friend on the way to Albuquerque. We stopped here because the gas price was good. I paid for gas with cash inside. Employee was competent. Not too friendly, but fine. I just needed her to take my money. Women's restroom was clean. Store seemed clean when I walked through it to get to the restroom. This is not a huge, sprawling truck stop. But there seemed to be plenty of snacks and drinks. We needed to take our dogs out, but didn't see any designated dog walking areas, which was a shame. I've seen some truck stops with fenced in areas especially for dogs, but not this one. We had to take our dogs to the dirt/rock area on the edge of the parking lot.”

“We've stayed here several times and always felt welcomed and comfortable. We loved watching the horses, interacting with the owner and her sweet dogs, and sipping coffee on a chilly morning with the kiva fire blazing. The vistas are incredible, and the night skies unmarred by city lights, just fantastic. The casita has everything a guest could need and is spacious, way better than other places we've stayed. Potential guests will find tons of positive reviews, like we did, about guest experiences at Two Ponyz.”

“I took an antique frame with lots of scrolling work that had fallen off my wall. Robert did a great job putting the frame back together and recommending a lighter mirror. He went above and beyond with the touch up work -it looks better than new! Very happy with his service and his craftsmanship.”

“The A&W is in the same building as Long John Silvers, I read bad reviews about LJS , so I never went there. The Sign on Hwy 25 only says a free root beer float with gas fill up. Nothing indicating A&W is the Main Restaurant with a full A&W Theme inside. The place is great brings back old times of going to A&W getting car service and drinking Ice Cold Root beer. 12 Full size booths, great A&W art on the walls. All you can drink A&W and if you ask you can get it a real Mug to drink it with. (Not Frosted though) The Papa Burger is great, better than most of the burgers served in Belen and Cheaper $7.80 Combo with Drink and your choice of 5 different sides. The Meat hangs out of the Bun with generous cheese melted and delicious. Just like the original. My new favorite place for a burger. If A&W can make a great combo affordable, why can't the rest of the places who serve burgers.”

“So this has been nearly 25 years in the making but stay with me. Eat here! We got takeout last night - Phoenix and Dragon and Happy family. It was very very good. Huge portion, delicious, quick, correct. I took off one star because the Phoenix was missing most of the vegetable pictured - but was still very very good. We will definitely order again soon. I'll ask for more vegetables or maybe dine in and ask for guidance. And now the back story. We've lived in this neighborhood for 25 years, they've been here about that long. We try them every 3 or 4 years because they are close and easy. Until last night we always say "Nope, still a giant disappointment". Always different items, eat in or take out, just a big no thanks. So glad we gave them another try. They must be under "relatively" new management. So my point is, if your experience is not recent, give them another try!!!”
