  My husband and I had an excellent experience working with Billie Boucher. She was pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgable. We did go to two other places. They were a total disappointment and gave us no reason to return there and certainly not to refer anyone to them. We have already shared our experience with Billie to friends and family and we will be very glad to refer Billie and Capitol Kitchens and Baths in Albany.

  I worked with Billie Boucher at Capitol and had an excellent experience. She knows her stuff. She was able to answer my questions clearly and quickly. She was very attentive to what I had to say. Her knowledge and experience saved me time and money. Customer service is a beautiful thing - - - and not what you get at a big box store. Nice to find that you don't necessarily pay more for it given that good advice pays for itself. Plus, Billie was warm and kind. Pretty sweet to buy a shower and have your faith in humanity restored as a free bonus : )

  I was extremely satisfied with my interactions with Ken Brown at Capital District Supply. He was courteous and conscientious at every step. He addressed my issue and resolved it with relative ease and very quickly. I will recommend Capital to any friends looking to remodel kitchens or baths, and will suggest they ask for Ken!

  Kenny Brown. He did an excellent job keeping us up to date during our new build! Our standing bathtub was shipped from overseas. It was worth the wait. It is fantastic!

  We had a great experience working with Billie at the Albany store. She did our design layout and walked us through every detail as we decided on cabinets, countertops and hardware.She also expedited the products to get them to us ahead of schedule. Capitol has a huge selection of products to offer and the pricing was better than expected. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience. If you're looking for a kitchen or bath definitely put Capitol on your list!
