Great units at highly competitive prices. Apartments are good value - appears that many of their properties have been newly remodeled. Highly responsive staff as well.

I've rented a few different properties from Capital Companies and have always been extremely satisfied. Their prices are amazing considering the properties I've rented were newly renovated. They react quickly to any maintenance issues and always made me feel valued as a long term customer.

Amazing staff, lived in one of their properties for 4 years and never had any trouble with them. Things rarely broke down and when they did, maintenance was there the next day or two to fix the problem. Highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend Capital Companies! The staff are very nice and respond fast whenever I contacted them. I had a very good experience with them over the years and whenever I needed repairs or maintenance done, they would respond quick and send someone over immediately to resolve the issues. Their website portal made it easier to keep track of rent and send maintenance requests which I appreciated a lot.

Housing quality are great, many units are newly renovated into good shape. For the amount of rent, you are actually getting a very valuable deal for the quality. At the same time, responsive time for maintance are fast, up to pace with a quality work well done.
